In Geoff's absence the Treasurer put forward several proposals which G3TQF had passed on to him.
Contests
A 2metre/7Ocentimetre contest is being held on 2/3 march and it was suggested this would be a good opportunity for the club to organise a station. The Committee felt that Geoff G3TQF should be contacted to see if he would be prepared to make the necessary arrangements
It was also suggested that HF NFD should be filmed this year and Dave G80BP volunteered his services.
Club Programme
The Sec. was asked to contact the RSGB for a list of their
slides and lectures With a view to using any appropriate material in the future.
Dave G80BP suggested that volunteers should be sought to redecorate the club premises and also to improve the present aerial system.
Tony G4CWY said he would like to organise some morse "working in pairs" exercises for newly licensed G4's to learn "on the air" type operating procedure if a genuine interest existed.
Any other business
Dave G80BP agreed to continue his post as Shack Manager for another year
