COMMITTEE MEETING

Members present: G4ITP Taff, G4PDZ Frank, G3TQF Geoff, G4JDI Tony, G4IFB Gary, G4OOS John, G4KKS Mick, GØBAI Pete, G4WYN Gwynne..
Taff opened the meeting by stating there had been insufficient helpers to move the Porta-Kabin to its required level.
Frank stated that the Cap. Co. ATU and a Bencher Iambic key had been purchased and was now On the clubs inventory, but the Daiwa Keyer appears to be missing.
The question of a membership certificate was again raised, it was agreed to purchase after a suitable design has been found.
G4MTP and G6SGA were accepted as members.
Geoff made comment on the engineering of the new ATU, the committee agreed Geoff should write to Cap Co.
After the recent Constructors Contest, it was realised there should have been two groups, even though the numbers entered was small. The judges apologize for the omission.
Following recent requests, the committee agreed that some club equipment may
be loaned to members at the discretion of the committee.
