COMMITTEE MEETING
MONDAY 12TH OCTOBER 1987
Members present: G4ITP Taff, G4PDZ Frank, G4TDI Tony, G3TQF Geoff, G0BAI Peter, G4OOS John, G4IFB Gary.
Discussions took place as to the replacement of the existing tower, quotes to be obtained for the various types of fitments etc.
The committee felt much thought should be given to the design and placement of the club shacks and workshops, especially now the committee have decided to use the small portakabin for committee meetings.
It was agreed by all that £200 should be provided to purchase basic tools, additionally a frequency meter has been ordered for the workshop.
The date of the next AGM was discussed and it was agreed the 18th January 1988 would be the most appropriate date.
It was felt by all the committee that the interior of the club house should be redecorated, quotes to be obtained.
