Gary reported that the chassis cutters previously discussed had been ordered and Frank confirmed that the Tower had been ordered.
Committee members were asked to obtain estimates for digging (a) the hole required for placement of the Tower, and (b) small trench for drainage of surplus water from the farm onto the car park.
The committee agreed that it would be good for the club in this 75th year to take part in the International Festival in September, and, to try to obtain the call sign GB3LRS
It was agreed, in view of the very high commercial estimates, to place a notice in the club house inviting members to submit tenders for internal painting of the old club house.
A Drill vice is to be obtained, and a list of items was drawn up to enable members to do their own PCB etching.
In view of the imminent emigration of the RLO of the RSGB, it was agreed to nominate G4WYN for this post.
Nominations are invited for suitable judges to participate at the Constructors Contest in April.
