Members present:- G4PDZ Frank, G3TQF Geoff, G4JDI Tony, G4WYN Gwynne, G0AIZ Bill, G1SAL Eric, G4OOS John, G4IFB Gary.

After along discussion the committee agreed that the roof of the main club house should be made good at the club's expense rather than wait for the outcome of protracted meetings with the Leicester City Council.
The quote for improving the drainage of the car park and for digging the required hole for the new tower was accepted and the go ahead for the work to be carried out as soon as possible was given.
The internal painting of the club is to be deferred for the time being and is to be made a subject to be discussed at an Open meeting. The why's and wherefore's of transport to and from the NFD site was discussed and it was agreed to hire a van with a tow bar attachment to double for the task of transporting equipment and towing the caravan to the site.
The committee discussed the Craythorne CW Trophy, it was felt the original concept of it's presentation restricted the number of members who qualified to receive this award, suggestions would be welcomed to widen the scope for qualification.
Plans for the participation in the International Day in September are to be formulated as soon as possible.
