COMMITTEE MEETING
MONDAY 12TH DECEMBER 1988
Members present:- G4ITP Taff, G4PDZ Frank, G3TQF Geoff, G4JDI Tony, G4WYN Gwynne, GØAIZ Bill, G1SAL Eric, G1YEZ Tony.
It was agreed, due to the ill health of G5UM Jack, that the committee would attempt to send some of the sherry and mince pies to Grace and Jack after the annual mince pie evening.
After much discussion letting of the Club House to outside sources, should be agreed by the committee.
The old clubhouse has now received a coat of paint to the complete interior.
During discussion on recommendations for the AGM Gwynne proposed, Eric Seconded that subs should be increased by inflation and rounded to nearest pound above, Voting 2 for 3 against.
G1YEZ Tony proposed, Geoff seconded that a proposal of Two pounds be put forward, Voting 4 for 4 abstained.
The committee agreed to a cost of £30. 00 for a new notice board for the old club house Gwynne to arrange.
Eric volunteered his services as entertainments secretary, in an attempt to lighten the load of the secretary.
