COMMITTEE MEETING.
MONDAY 14TH NOVEMBER, 1988
Members present:- G4 ITP Taff, G4 PDZ Frank, G0AIZ Bill, G1SAL Eric, G4WYN Gwynne, G3TQF Geoff, G1YEZ, Tony.
Frank reported the recent illness of our President, Jack G5UM, all were pleased that he was making progress and that the best wishes of all should be conveyed to Jack.
A letter was received from the City Attorney requiring an update to the signatures of the original 1968 tenancy agreement, the chairman and Secretary were nominated by the committee.
Estimates are required for a permanent stand for display purposes at exhibitions etc.
The usual mince pie and sherry evening will be held in the clubhouse on Monday December 19th.
Due to the lack of volunteers, it was agreed to have an outside source to tidy the club surrounds and to have the clubhouse cleaned and tidied on a regular basis.
